I have an oura ring sleep tracker. I can examine how supplements, or lack there of, effect my sleep. I consistently have improved delta nREM and REM sleep when I take this. When I ran out, my delta and REM sleep decreased. Repurchase, and my sleep score improves again. I know that it's cheaper than comparable products, and it warrants skepticism. But I have the data showing it works. And if it's just filler improving my sleep score, I can deal with that.

The ingredients in this product was mentioned by a Doctor to help with sleeping, but after using it 3-4 times, I have not found it helpful at all and actually gave me a stomach ache even after drinking with a glass of water.

these definitely work to help with sleep. the downside is that I'll be groggy/hungover until about 1p the next day. and thats just from taking 1 cap instead of the 2-3 recommended on the bottle.
