I was very happy when I ordered this product.Firstly the shipping time was mega quick, it was literally here the next day. When it arrived I first noticed how sturdy the packaging is and I liked the general look of the product. It has a nice simplistic colour scheme and it's not too 'in your face'.Secondly, the price of the product is great. You get a years supply (365 supplements) for £9.99 which works out 2.7p per day which you can not argue at. When I looked at the back of the packaging to see the nutritional information it contained 500% of the recommended Vitamin D which is a great and safe amount. It was easy to swallow and never gets stuck in my throat when using water.After a week or so of using it I noticed my general energy levels improved, I am currently working from home upstairs in my office so sunlight is hard to come by these days (COVID-19). I was glad that I chose this product as my energy levels are now much better and I feel better in myself!I am a keen endurance runner and run around 50 miles per week so I wanted to bulk up my vitamin D intake to take care of my bones and muscle and I do feel like this is a great product.It's a 5/5 for me, I would highly recommend this product!

I had been low in Vitamin D, revealed by a blood test. Finding these supplements I decided to use them in my diet.Remembering that Vitamins ADE and K are fat soluble I made sure that I took one each day with a meal containing fats.Many months later I had the blood test repeated, over a winter period as well, very little sunlight, my results came back and I was informed that my levels had gone to the higher side of healthy. Not meaning that they were high, but in the very good range of being normal.Nothing else had changed in my diet.Even though my diet could be considered to be healthy, and it is, I still had not got enough Vitamin D without supplementation.The Vitamin K2 levels, and type, seems well balanced with the Vitamin D3 in these combined supplements.The tablets are small and very easy to swallow, they do not get stuck and have zero after tasteI am male, white and 60 plus in age. I only mention my skin colour as that is relevant to the natural absorption of Vitamin D from sunlight. And, without supplementation, mine was low, and I do get outside quite a lot.I hope that you have found this helpful.

I have to assume the tablets contain the advertised amount of the active ingredient. The right dosage for most people at a good price.

Product seems good, but the delivery was not great...when I found it on the doorstep, it had been raining and the packaging was disintegrating due to exposure in the rain, this is not the first time I've had this happen.....its really not good enough.
