Very happy with my purchase. Our house humidity dropped down over the winter and we needed a boost! This seems working perfectly fine. No more dry throat in the morning, plants seemed in much better shape too. The machine is very quiet and can be programmed to work for certain time. Love it!!!

Ordered this for same day delivery as my child has a cold.Looks smart, holds a lot and is quiet.Instructions were easy to follow.Worked all night and still had some in the tank on the morning.Colours on the light is vibrant but can also be turned off (which is handy)Only slight issue (very slight) is that the oils I put in the compartment with insert didn’t seem to come through in the smell.

This product perfect for my room so relaxing

Excellent and don’t know where I would be without it. We have gas central heating and the air is dry so has been a life saver and help the air stay moist. I suffer with a lung condition so I highly recommend this product.

Took it out of the box, put some water in as directed, added a few drops of oil to the drawer, I then went out to walk my dogs, got back roughly 40 minutes later and the humidifier was not running, when I tried to turn it on nothing happened and the screen showed "--" which is not even mentioned anywhere in the "troubleshooting" part of the manual or on their own website.What I can tell you from the very brief period of time it was running is that even if you don't get a defective model it is still a poor product.1: The lid does not fit properly so the mist isn't pushed out of the vents and up into the air as intended, instead it spills out all around the lid and just sinks to the ground.2: It is much louder than expected, I have a ceiling fan in my bedroom and have no problem with that humming/whirring away, but this drowns that out and makes a constant high pitch humming noise along with very frequent sounds of water rushingtl;dr a poorly made, poorly put together, very loud product that breaks with no discernible reason and the screen is wholly worthless because the error indicator it shows is not mentioned anywhere by Homvana, so the only possible conclusion we can draw is that it is an error caused by poor manufacturing, non existent QA

Does the job. Lovely light display

When purchasing this product 5 months ago we were so impressed with the whole unit, the functionality, lighting, vapour amount dispensed etc, etc. Two weeks ago it stopped working & just seems to run in a Demo mode switching on then off by itself.We have cleaned it out & maintained it as per instructions. I politely contacted customer support hoping they could advise on maybe a reset function or a suggestion I could try. I have sent an email twice to Support@homvana & have not received any response back for over two weeks. Not even a thank you for contacting them & that they would get back to me. Email has been received & opened.So disappointing that companies sell products & then ignore communication when there is a problem hoping that you will just go away.Unfortunately due to no response from customer support I can only advise potential customers not to purchase this product in future.I would like to change my previous review to a positive review now. Customer services did get in touch with me & I am very pleased to say that the faulty item was replaced. Amy from Homvana’s support team has been so helpful, professional & friendly. It has made the process of replacement an absolute pleasure. I am very happy & pleased with the results. Thank you 🙏 👍

Ordered two as both my kids are suffering with summer colds and have a really dry hacking cough. This humidifier is very quiet and can't even hear it which is ideal to use at night when coughs are more prevalent and prevent sleep.Both kids slept soundly and can select option high cool mist or low. If on low can run 36 hours continuously until you have to top up the water. Other brands I've used in past only run a few hours which meant I'd have kids waking early hours coughing. This has been a god send and have two soundly sleeping kids which they needed.Love also how you can choose to have the coloured light on or off. Daughter chose the purple light and my son chose green on his and used them as night lights as not too bright.Looks stylish too. All in all a good buy.
