It's been many years since I used a wrist rest pad like this. Don't know why I stopped using them, but realize now what I have been missing. While I didn't have any issues with carpal tunnel or any wrist pain during my years of non-use, my typing had taken a turn for the worst. This pad helps me to keep my wrists straight while typing thereby increasing my accuracy and decreasing the fatigue.This pad is very comfortable for long term use. My wrists didn't get hot or feel warm from the many hours of them resting on it. I haven't used the included pad for the mouse as my wrist sits flat on my desk while using the mouse.This is a good quality pad at a very reasonable price, making it an excellent value!

Perfect firmness and thickness. Easy to clean. Grips on underside is nice to keep from sliding across desk.

Works well as a wrist rest but has a strong smell. I got the black one with a shiny rubber bottom so it doesn't slip. It seems pretty tough so I doubt durability is an issue. The keyboard piece is quite large and the mouse piece feels higher but is smaller. Super comfy though so solid product.

A great replacement for my previous wrist pads. Cushy and the bottom makes it really stay put.

Very nice material and feel. Definitely a bit more sturdy and holds it shape. It doesn't have adhesive...just a rubber grip but that means no damage when removing
