Perfect
It keeps our 4'×8'×8' plank dog house outside in Ohio about 65 70 degrees all winter I'd buy again if needed

Don't count on the app being available
The heater itself works as advertised. The front metal piece does get hot, but it's not a deal breaker. I also decided not to put it in the dog house as it's a tad larger than I thought it would be. That's good if you're heating a larger dog house, but I have a little one for a smaller pup. What was a deal breaker for me was that the app and wifi control is unusable. This was the sole purpose of choosing this specific heater. When I scan the QR it says the app isn't available on the newer version of Android. For reference, I have the new Samsung Fold.

The smart app feature is a major disappointment
I really like the heater. Seems to be working great. Only issue is the app does not work. I’ve been messing with it all day and can’t get it to work. When I finally get the wifi connected to find the device, the session will time out. I’ve started over but now I can’t even get past the first step. The page just keeps “uploading” but nothing happens. I even set up my Christmas tree, decorated and cleaned up and the page was still “”uploading.” I purchased this specific heater so I can control it while I’m not home, but the app just sucks. It has 2 out of 5 stars in the App Store. So I’m not alone.

For app use [Smart Life]
I was going to return it because of the app. That's the main reason why i got and im sure most of the people here did too but I got it to work with the app call [smart life] for android hope this helps, other than that it works nice but still get 4 star because I had to figure it out

Easy wifi connection, great heater
We recently built a new doghouse for our 3 dogs and I wanted a more permanent setup that could be used year round and this heater is going to help.My only quibble is the power cord- controller- power cord arrangement coming out of the heater. It’s all one continuous piece, I’m guessing for waterproofing, but the control box is 3” wide which means you have to cut a 3” hole in whatever structure you’re using for a doghouse just to pass the control box, otherwise the cable is 3/8” wide, so then you’ve got to cover the hole. I ended up using and outdoor receptacle cover mounted directly to the back of the doghouse to cover the hole.Mounting concerns aside- the heater was easy to connect to wifi, I wish it would communicate directly over the local network instead of the cloud. To use the cloud you have to create a login, email, password etc and it means you’re completely at the mercy of the company to continue to support the cloud connection. So if they ever shut down the cloud the wifi connection is gone.I did really like the ability to set a schedule. We bring the dogs in at night but I can set it up to warm the doghouse in the early morning and early evening while they are still out there.Right now it’s easily warming a 3x6 foot doghouse with 36” ceilings.

Not worth it
Hardly moves air or make heat. Better off hooking up a space heater to a smart switch.Pros: It was in fact easy to install.

Not just for pets
I measured the power usage of this heater and it was just below 290 watts according to my portable power station. This low wattage heater is nice because it doesn't use too much power, so it can be connected to a portable power station to keep a small area or room a little warmer when the weather is cooler. It's low noise and doesn't seem to dry the air like some quartz heater or ceramic heaters. It uses a small 80 mm x 80 mm fan that looks like the same kind used in most desktop computers. The fan doesn't spin too fast and it's similar to the background noise from my computer at night and is not really noticeable. It has the same application that works with my Bluetooth/WiFi air filter and can be controlled remotely to turn on/off, set a desired temperature along with a programable schedule for the heater to run. It's a little more expensive than your simple heaters, but the build quality is much better and the safety along with the convenience justifies the price in my opinion.

Product no good problem with heating performance and temperature control
This is the first time I ever had a serious issue with a product. It does not heat an area 2‘ x 3‘ x 3‘ area. Maybe it would heat up a shoebox, but nothing bigger sad to say. The thermostat on heater does not work correctly I would suggest looking at other products.
