I have given this 2 stars because it is a battery but unfortunately it’s no where near as good as the original Sony one that came in your controller

Als Ersatz für die Cartridge-Batterie eines VanMoof S3 gekauft. Hat zwar etwas weniger Kapazität als das Original, passt aber prima in die vorhandene Öffnung und wird vom Rad problemlos akzeptiert und geladen.

Firstly you will need a Torx T6 screw driver to remove the 4 screws after you take off the left hand side ear pad. The battery is a perfect fit replacement and worked fine out of the box. Removing the old battery is a bit fiddly as it's attached by an adhesive pad. You can slowly lever up the old battery and cut or peel the old adhesive being careful not to damage the battery. The new one just plugs in and should stick to the remaining adhesive. Top tip. photograph what you're working on before you start as it may help when you're fitting it back to together which is more fiddly than removing the battery. My battery came with a 50% charge and is currently getting a full charge.

So, i bought the Momentum 3 battery for my Momentum 2 headphones. First off, it is shorter so i put a small piece of foam by it in the tray to hold it in place, secondly it is thicker, doesn't matter. The plug is the same and this battery has 30% greater capacity so I decided to go for it. I bought a correct one a while back but it never worked for charging so I tried again with this one. It indeed charges. Anyway, baring a rapid failure to hold a charge I consider this battery great. It has revived my 10+ year old headphones to working more than a couple hous a charge... I hope I get something comparable to when they were new or better.
