I would stay away from this product. I did not have good luck with it. It appeared tampered to me. Amazon was kind enough to provide a refund. Its an expensive peptide to risk contamination.

I have been taking low-dose melatonin for years. I am in my 60’s and it really helps me sleep. I particularly notice it when I skip taking it and I end up having a restless night. I heard about Epitalon Khavinson Peptides and started doing some research. You can google that online and there is a ton of information about it if you want the details. Basically this peptide helps your pineal gland in your brain. That is the gland that produces melatonin and as we age it slows down production. They have done some amazing research on Khavinson Peptides and it has been proven to help that gland and restore a natural method of producing melatonin in your body. How to use this: You will use the whole bottle in a 20-day period of time. To administer spray 3 times under the tongue twice daily - once after breakfast and another after your mid-day meal or light snack. After using up the bottle (after 20 days) you stop taking it. They recommend doing this regime again in 4-6 months on an ongoing basis. I am giving this a try after looking at all the research. I will see how things go after 20 days and if I can stop taking melatonin, or reduce my melatonin dose. This not only will help with sleep, but it helps with aging at a cellular level and can actually increase your lifespan. This product is made in Spain and is the real deal khavinson peptide!

Didn’t help with sleep at all. Very little in the container. Very expensive.

I liked the approach this company has regarding sleep. They fix the problem by helping you produce the things your body needs to get good sleep. To me, that’s the approach most should take regarding their body. This formula helps lay the ground work for you to produce melatonin naturally. The flavor wasn’t too bad and when I followed the instructions, I did begin to see better quality sleep. It even showed up on my Fitbit. I do feel the price is a bit steep for my budget but then again, can I put a price on good sleep? I’m getting more of this.

I take a synthetic hormone for a medical condition, so I know they can be effective. This peptide sublingual spray stimulates the pineal gland which regulates the production of melatonin that decreases with age. It works for me better than taking melatonin directly. Maybe because when the body produces it it's more effective in promoting sleep. There is some evidence on a study of mice that there are some anti-aging benefits as well. While expensive a quick scan of competing products says the price is reasonable by comparison. Recommended.

Received half empty bottle. Wasted $99. Shame

I used to have no trouble sleeping until about a couple years ago. Since then, I would have some days where I fall asleep quickly and some nights where it's just really difficult to fall asleep. I've taken melatonin to help with this and has helped. I wanted to try this out since it seems to have a lot of positives. Researching online shows that epitalon peptides can help restore melatonin production levels, among other things. I have been following along with the recommended usage (2x per day). Since I only have problem sleeping on some nights, I've been using this a while to see if it has helped. Unfortunately, I still do have occasional nights that takes me a while to fall asleep and resort to melatonin. I will continue and finish this bottle hoping that it'll help eventually.

This arrived totally unsealed and without any type of cap or reason to believe it is hygienic. The instructions were all brown and dirty, either from this leaking or something else. I would normally have tossed something that looked this questionable, but I'm desperate for sleep so I started using this anyway. Unfortunately, it was gone in less than ten days so I'll never know if it could have been more effective if there had been more in the bottle. It definitely didn't help the first few days but I was starting to wonder if it might be helping when I ran out. I have had a lot of success with peptides for pain and brain fog so I was really excited to try these. Peptides can be expensive, but really worth the money if they work. I hope Nanopep will do a better job packaging and maybe include enough supplement that we can give it a better try because this could be a great solution if they improved the quantity and quality of this supplement.

Just received. Will try it out, not sure for how many days will last this little bottle for 100$. All sealed, nothing is leaking.
