I recently ordered this lash serum and when the package arrived, I noticed that the bottle was completely empty. There was no product inside. I’m disappointed because I was looking forward to using this product.

It's ok. The effectiveness I haven't noticed, and I've used it for almost a month. For the small amount you received it wasn't worth it for me. I won't be ordering again.

Arrived entirely empty. I use lash serum all the time - thought I’d give this a try. It arrived without any serum in it! What a waste

I was recommended by someone to use this and was pretty disappointed for the price. You don’t get a lot of product for what you pay. I don’t feel like it made my eyelashes any longer or thicker. I have used a lash and grand lash before and I’m currently just using castor oil and I feel like I’ve gotten more Growth and thickness out of the castor oil and I have any of the other brands!

The bottle is MINIATURE. Also I opened the bottle ZERO product in it! I'd be okay with the size if there was actual product in the bottle. I literally turned it upside down and nothing came out. DO NOT BUY

Typically this product works extremely well for sensitive eyes. I always keep one bottle of extra on hand, so it runs past the 30 day return policy (lesson learned). The new serum is totally dry, but I'm unable to return due to past 30 days.

The bottle was miniature, which is not what was advertised and certainly not what I paid for. There was also literally no product inside. This product is a massive rip-off.

For a product that is supposed to be a 2.5 month supply, there was no product in it. This may last me a couple days. Would not recommend. Save your money.
