Let's face it: talk about incontinence isn't something that has hit mainstream, but if you are reading this review, you must be or know one of the millions who wear an adult diaper regularly. I have been using the SUNKISS Masterpiece Adult Diapers with Tabs to manage my urinary issues for several months now. I discovered them when my usual brand raised prices significantly as part of the government tariffs, and since then these have become my primary daily product. While there are many different preferences, I really prefer a plastic-backed incontinence product (which this one is) because I find that the cloth-like backing tends to seep moisture through and just make me feel icky. These help my skin to feel dry after any amount of void. This product is robust enough to stop leaks and hold a large amount of urine without being too thick to remain comfortable. These diapers have very effective standing leak guards, elastic waistbands, and tend to fit my body a little better than other medium-size products. I find them to be comfortable - even for a little extended wear - and that there are no clumping or issues with the padding when wet. I am pleased that while there is some crinkle, it isn't excessive. I am very thankful that as an active adult, I do not have to worry about frequent changes or explain random wet spots on my clothes. Finally, the tapes are a nice size, larger than some other brands I have used, and hold well. I have yet to have one fail or pull away from the plastic backing. I find them easy to put on when laying down or standing up. Overall, these have a nice design, work well, and have a good price point. I recommend!

Diese Saugstarke Windel ist sicher nicht für Diskretion gedacht sonder mehr für die sichere Nachtversorgung. Sie ist sehr Dick und sehr stabil. Saugleistung ist sicher mehr als ausreichend für die meisten nutzer, und ein traum für die Menschen mit einer speziellen vorliebe. Der Preis liegt im vergleich bei gleichwertigen hoch preisigen Windeln und sind damit eher nicht für die tägliche Standard versorgung sondern eher für überdurchschnittlich lange Tragedauer oder spezielle momente.

Habe mir das Produkt zum Testen gekauft, bin wirklich begeistert. Aber den Preis finde ich definitiv zu hoch. Es raschelt/knistert durch die dicke angenehm weiche Folie mit Landing Zone ordentlich. Wenn‘s voll gesaugt ist, fühlt es sich wie gelartig an und ist wirklich angenehm zu tragen. Im trockenen Zustand ist es relativ dick, wenn’s aber voll gesaugt ist, nochmal deutlich dicker wird. Es hat sehr gute Aufnahme-Kapazität, ohne das es ausläuft. Normalerweise kaufe ich immer die Größe M, aber anhand der Kommentare hier habe ich für die Größe S entschieden und es entspricht definitiv die Größe M. Es ist sehr ähnlich zu NorthShore Megamax, was auch günstiger ist.

Pannoloni stupendi. Da anni sono incontinente e dei tanti prodotti usati, questi sono stati forse i migliori, apprezzando la vestibilità e la sicurezza. Mio malgrado, ho vissuto un'occasione che ha provato la loro validità. Un'urgenza improvvisa e molto grave mi ha costretto a riempire completamente il pannolone. Ha contenuto una quantità impressionante, senza mai avere perdite sotto e dandomi tempo di tornare a casa. Ottima prova. Un piccolo avvertimento, a me le taglie sono parse leggermente sul largo quindi se si è una M tendente all'estremo superiore, stringete bene i nastri.
