Gundam Epyon Ver.Ka....flashy without even trying.
Gundam Epyon the other mobile suit from the Gundam Wing series that includes the Zero System "Katokified" for a MG version. Pros: 1.Has all the stuff that Epyon is supposed to have. 2.Looks like an upgrade to the original design 3.Can hold it's weapons well for a close combat type, unlike the Deathsycthe. Deathscythe 4.Heat rod is very flexible. 5.No nubs O_O. Cons: 1.Transformation specific parts may break as both of my claws broke just from cutting them off the tree which I fixed with glue. 2.Careful with the heat rod parts as the locking feature may throw some off to how it works which could end in them breaking it beyond repair. 3.Brittle parts "again" refers to beam sword handle's fin for which only one came off while ignorable it still happened so try to be careful. Overall a great MG if you can ignore the transformation feature which has only the heat rod as a weapon and not as impressive as the MS form which has access to the big freaking adjustable beam sword.

Wife purchased, husband approved
He makes models and said this was exactly what he wanted. Good quality, enjoyed putting it together and looks great.

Pretty awesome kit
I built this for my brother as I am not really into gundam. I did really enjoy building it. The parts fit together well, there is no paint or glue required and it has a lot of articulation points. I would probably build another for myself.

A Timeless Rival to the Wing/Wing Zero
This product is dated. I believe it’s from 2010 or 2011. The Wing EW kits are a great line of Master Grades and, in my opinion, helped define later lines to help improve a solid structural build for the grade. Unfortunately, the Epyon suffers from a just a few issues. Keep in mind that results may vary. COLOR- The MG Epyon is mostly color accurate, but I wish there was a bit more contrast between the deep red and navy blue colors. The foil sticker used for the clear chest section does the job, but I recommend paint. It makes a world of difference for the chest and the eyes. STRUCTURE/BUILD- This is a pretty solid build. The wings look amazing and have a neat sliding gimmick to extend the wingspan a little. The wings will make this kit top heavy and lean back which will most likely loosen your waist joint. I will also note a few things. The claws on the wrists tend to pop off when trying to connect the hands. The wire to the massive beam sword, which looks AWESOME mind you, tends to fight the side skirt it connects. That causes the sword to pop the hand apart. As far as scale goes, this is a Wing kit. Wing suits are small in comparison to other mobile suits. Don’t expect anything huge, but don’t expect High Grade size either. ARTICULATION- The articulation is pretty good for a decade old Master Grade. I personally did not push mine too far in fear that certain parts may pop off. The wings spread out and make for an intimidating display. This kit needs to be displayed on a stand to really being out its profile. QUALITY- Unfortunately, this is where the Epyon suffers the most. The plastic for this kit is glossy and may show finger prints if handled a lot or even hardly adjusting a pose. More modern kits fix this issue. The plastic also tends to mark a lot due to the dark colors so you’ll need to be gentle when cutting the gates. Keep paint or basic markers on hand to cover the blemishes. A straight out of the box build may leave you disappointed because the white marks seriously stand out from the deep red and blue/black. It’s frustrating, but dark colors tend to mark up. Epyon also suffers from serious seam line issues on the wings, arms and legs. To fix this, keep some glue on hand. CONCLUSION- Overall, this is a fantastic looking kit whether in mobile suit mode or mobile armor mode, but a little extra effort put into it like paint to not only enhance the appearance, but also fix some unfortunate flaws. Its build is average and may need some tightening over time. If you were to purchase the MG Epyon, I would price this kit to be $45-$50. Epyon does show its age here and there, but the finished product and intimidating dark Wing/Wing Zero Gundam rival really does hold a special place in any collection. Happy building!

Great kit however
I loved this build it was fun and looks amazing once complete ! However the whip was difficult to assemble and I broke multiple pegs from it trying to get them to fit so be careful for that and don’t bend it too hard either! Other wise it’s awesome!

The Three Beats Of War, Peace And Revolution Continue On Forever.
It's ... EPYON! This guy is an absolutely beautiful beast. The assembly isn't easy but it's not overly difficult (looking at you MG Full Armor Unicorn Gundam) so as long as you are patient, it'll get done and done well. And as a Master Grade, he stands about the same height as a Leader Class Transformer so he's got some height. Now, in all fairness, the one I got through here did arrive damaged and had to be sent back, but I was able to acquire another through another shop.

Epyon Master Grade
If you're looking to build this kit, I highly recommend this Master Grade over all others. It has great detail! Plus the way it was designed helps hide those ugly nub marks. Still, you want to carefully file them away and use Gundam markers or a paint of your choice to cover them. It's joints are pretty tight and it has decent articulation. You will want to be careful putting it together and moving it because those fins can be flimsy and easy to knock out of place. The transformation is awesome! You will need to buy an Action base for this mode. Otherwise, you can use the wings to stand him up. The tail, shield, and massive green blade are awesome! It looks good straight out the box. Put those decals and stickers on it, which I have to do next, to make it look even better!

Lo compré para mi esposo, estaba a muy bien precio de rebaja. Llegó rapidísimo y solamente la caja tenía un golpe en una esquina pero de ahí en fuera todo estaba en excelentes condiciones. Excelente model kit de Endless Waltz

Exceptional kit, as you'd expect from a Master Grade Bandai model. Superb articulation and colour reproduction - the details are so crisp you don't even need to do any panel lining to make the model look great. The fact that it can transform into dragon mode as well is a wonderful added bonus. One of the finest kits I've ever had the pleasure of building.
