I seem to have more energy and less brain fog and confusion. I’ve been taking for a month. I feel better mentally as well. Bothers my acid flux so I take 2 with food instead of 4.

I’m slightly concerned. I can never remember if I’ve taken these… so do they REALLY work? I do seem to feel a little more energetic when I take them. I seem to sleep better too, though taking these before bed is a sure fire way to have weird dreams. Truthfully sometimes I do that on purpose just to know I’m still alive. On the downside, they have fish oil in them so they kind of taste like a swamp smells, but I guess that’s normal. Based on ingredients, I’ll continue taking them for a while longer… if nothing else, they seem like a decent vitamin supplement.

My husband and I both feel the effectiveness of this memory booster. I have tried others and seemed more forgetful than before I started using.There is a little after taste but quickly goes awaySince this contains magnesium my BM’s have returned to a much more normal & frequency.That was a bonus I didn’t expect.

I just about finished my first bottle now so I thought I would leave a review. I really want to like these, but I’m on the fence. Not really sure if they’re making any difference in my focus. There are definitely a couple things that I do not like about these pills. As others have mentioned, they smell horrible. I can’t believe any company would allow this to be the finished product. They stink! They also have a nasty aftertaste. They are large pills, luckily I don’t have a problem taking pills but having to swallow four of these every day does not make me excited about taking them. I’m just starting grad school so I thought these might help but so far I’m really not sure they’re worth the money. Anything that smells this horrible makes me question if this is really something I should be swallowing.

This supplement smells and tastes absolutely horrible. It's a very tough pill to swallow. I'm not sure how effective it is, because I have not taken a lot of them. The reason why I have not taken a lot of them is that the taste and smell of these pills are horrible; it's like swallowing a chunk of rotten fish. Unless they can improve the taste and smell of this product, I do not suggest it. You should not have to taste a pill, you're supposed to swallow it. But you will taste this one going down, and it's one of the worst things I've tasted. I always get a gag reflex when taking these.
