Finally, a dependable phone holder!
Best phone holder I've purchased for my vehicle! After dealing with frustrating, "suction-type" holders that either didn't stay put or left ugly adhesive on my windshield/dashboard, this sturdy, adjustable holder is a relief! Clips on to the rear view mirror; Easily adjustable from landscape to portrait mode and the arm is easy to position for optimal viewing.

Great product
Love my new phone holder! It’s sturdy, holds my iPhone securely, and doesn’t slip like other holders I’ve tried. Very well made and works exactly as expected. Highly recommend!

Great Mount - A Little Fussy To Adjust
This mount is well-made and attaches easily to the mirror. The multiple adjustment pivots are useful but can be tricky to set up initially. The upper ball/socket has a double set screw—one with a handle and one requiring a hex wrench (included). Tightening both makes it rock solid but limits future adjustments unless you keep the wrench handy, which can be easy to misplace in a vehicle. Tightening just the handle works but requires significant force. I noticed a weight distribution issue when the support is vertical, causing the mirror to sag. The solution was to loosen the set screws, let the phone balance naturally, then re-tighten and adjust the pivots. Now it's stable.

Solid Build & Super Convenient for Driving
I got this Quyee phone holder for my car, and it’s one of those small upgrades that makes a big difference. The aluminum alloy frame feels sturdy — definitely more solid than the plastic ones I’ve tried before. It attaches securely to the rearview mirror without wobbling, and it doesn’t block my line of sight while driving. The adjustability is excellent. You can rotate it, tilt it, or extend it to get just the right angle. Whether I’m using GPS, taking a hands-free call, or letting my wife stream music from her phone, it keeps everything in clear view. It also folds back neatly when not in use, which is a nice touch. I’ve tested it with different phones in our household (iPhone and Android), and it holds them all firmly — no slipping, even on bumpy roads. My only small tip would be to double-check the clamp adjustment before your first drive, just to be sure it’s tight. For the price, this mount is a fantastic value. Strong, versatile, and safe — it’s made driving much more convenient.

Good Design Except For Spring Failure
In many ways the best cellphone holder for an automobile that I have ever used. There are two issues, however, that make it difficult flr me to recomend. After less than 15 months of use, the spring mechanism that bolsters the bottom of the cradle is no longer strong enought to support my phone no matter how tightly the side arms are pressed against the sides of the phone. As a result, the phone slips downward as you drive and the arms are then pressed against the volume controls often muting the phone. Also, I have had no success thrying to locate a source for customer service for Quyee so I have not been able to identify my otions (repair, replacement, repacement parts, etc.)

Very substantial and my favorite holder
Absolutely love this phone holder!! The one I had previously was plastic and the arm cracked in half after 6 months use! I am impressed that this phone holder is made of aluminum and it feels substantial. Easy to install too. like this holder so much I’m buying another one for my girlfriend who has a cup phone holder. It makes me nervous with her removing her eyes off the road to look at her phone. With this Quyee phone holder I will feel safe while she’s driving and looking at the directions.

May not fit all rear view mirrors.
For me, this auto phone holder clip does not fit the rear view mirror arm so when I drive the phone holder jiggles. I don't like this movement but no matter how hard or tight I turn the screw, the arm still moves.

Sturdy phone holder. Suctions cups don’t work for me as they wither in the sun. Airvent mounted holders break the airvent when driving on rough terrain. And my dashboard is rounded, which makes dashboard mounting difficult. So yes, mirror base mounted is the best solution for me 😁

I have ordered numerous different brands and types of mounts for my phone. They have covered the spectrum of quality, functions, and value but this one takes first place. However, it could be better nonetheless. Yes, I am pleased with it and it does bring more to the table than the rest, but there are a things it lacks, and things that need changing. Pros: Build quality Materials choice of the arm and mirror clamp Firmly locking articulation of the arm and mirror clamp Positive pressure release mechanism of phone cradle - it springs open when the button is pushed and does not require user to apply force to expand the cradle or fight the cradle to release the phone (though button placement is not in preferred location - see comments in Cons) Packaging materials and manufacturers' documentation - excellent company ethos Cons: PhoneCradle - it's plastic, almost too narrow for cell phone width for larger phones like Sonim XP9900 in protective case, needs more side wings that are adjustable to accommodate different placement of side keys on various phone models, needs a top wing clamp to hold the phone more securely for off-road and rally courses, the release button for cradle grip is in an awkward place being on top at the back - the button needs to be at the bottom so users can press the button and catch their phone with one hand. With the current location of the release button, in certain vehicles the angle of the cradle in relation to the arm of the mount create a pinch place making it very difficult to reach the button and press it. It is not a smooth, quick action that one would prefer. It can be frustrating and not fluid at all. Mirror Clamp Ball Joint - the housing of the ball joint where the mirror clamp connects to the arm of the mount has a set screw and a wing bolt. The set screw holds the ball joint housing to the top plate of the arm. The wing bolt controls articulation of the ball joint. On the housing for the ball joint there is a cutout that allows a place of greater articulation of the neck coming out of the ball joint going to the mirror clamp. The placement and design concept of the set screw prevents the housing from being able to swivel the cutout for the ball joint neck to any different direction than just the one it is locked into. This limits the adaptability of the mount in many ways. Mirror Clamp - needs longer shaft on the wing bolt used to secure the clamp to vehicles mirror mounting arm. Needs to be able to open clamp more as well as bring the wing of the bolt out a bit more from the side wall of the clamp. Current design makes grabbing the wing difficult. Overall, I am pleased with this mount. I use it all the time. What it does well it does really well. What it lacks would make this bracket system amazing if it had those upgrades made to the design. They most important factor in my mind is the stability of the cell phone when in the cradle. This cradle is the most stable universal mount I have used yet. Most of the stability comes from the firmness of the mount, but it also comes from the mount being able to stretch a bit without breaking when there's excessive forces. It's good enough to buy another one but I hope to see improvements one day.
