I added Vitamin D3 and K2 to my supplements about a month ago and I’ve really noticed a difference. I feel like my mood is better overall, I’m a bit more upbeat, and I’ve had more energy during the day too.It’s a simple little addition to my routine but it seems to be making a big impact. I take it in the morning with my other vitamins and haven’t had any side effects or issues at all.Really happy I started using this—definitely one of those supplements that quietly helps you feel more like yourself again.

I spent some time looking for D3 supplements that were not sold by some tiny company operating from a small unit or private house. Those products are probably fine but I prefer to order from a company that at least has more than one director.The bottle arrived properly sealed (sealed inside the cap and outside the cap and is clearly not some fake product.Most of the reviewers for this product give five stars but I noticed some odd ones claiming that there are fillers and additives etc in the list of ingredients. I suspect these are fake reviews from competitors or from people who don't understand what they are reading on the label.The ingrediants are:1. Bulking agent (Microcrystalline cellulose) - that is basically mashed up plant cells to fill the capsule (100ug of pure vitamin D3 would be about the size of a grain of sand so the capsule has to be bulked out with something)2. Vitmain D3 (otherwise known as Cholecaliferol)3. Vitamin K2 (otherwise known as Menaquinone)The above three ingredients are all that is in the capsule.The capsule itself is made of cellulose i.e. plant material)

When I was told by my GP my Vitamin D was very low she told me to go to a pharmacy to get some tablets. So I went into my local Boots & spoke to the pharmacist & she said the one she recommended is not available in Boots but you can get it on Amazon. She then got it up on her screen & she turned it around for me to take a photo of it. This I did, ordered it straight away through Amazon Prime & they came the next day. Easy to take so hoping at my next blood test my vitamin D level will be up.
