Great for shoes or boots. My heel always rubs on back of my tennis shoes or boots. They wear out the back so then my heel or back of my ankle has no cushion left. These heel cushions provide perfect solution. They stick and generally don’t peel off. Nothing last forever and on one pair the sides kinda peel up when I slip my foot in. I just hold the liner with fingertips and slide foot in.

I was able to rescue 3 pairs of dress shoes that were about a half size too big and two others that were too wide in the heel with these in conjunction with another kind of heel pad that's a bit thinner. All 5 pairs of shoes have been sitting in my closet unworn due to heel slippage and/or blisters and slight sizing issues that just made them unwearable. I decided to try these out first rather than throw out or donate the shoes. These heel pads are quite thick so I recommend them if you need to correct sizing, but only a half size. I did try them for a pair that are a full size too big and it didn't work out, but only getting rid of one pair of shoes vs. six is a big win in my book! Since these are on the thick side, I don't recommend them if your shoes fit but cause blisters - they'll make them too tight, so I got a different kind for blisters only. I have one foot that's slightly bigger than the other due to a break, so I only have to correct the left shoe in most pairs. The pads are extremely sticky and seem like they'll stay in place well. They feel super cushy and comfortable. I'll update later if I have any issues with them coming off or sliding around inside the shoes.

These really do work, but unfortunately for me, only for one foot. I guess the one foot must be smaller than the other, so that shoe still slips off. Even with that, my shoes still fit much better than before. I would definitely recommend these and will purchase them again.

They were easy to use and the perfect softness so my shoe didn’t rub up against my heal whether I chose to wear a stocking or go bare. The adhesive was also a great quality! I’ve had other products that didn’t stay in place. These were EXACTLY what I needed to make my shoes comfortable!

These stick well and are thick enough to get the job done. They haven't fallen out of any shoes and do a good job of supporting the heel. Wearing boots or heels with these pads is much more tolerable than without them. Great to have around!

Bought these because I had to buy a bigger size shoe due to needing orthotics in them so my shoes kept slipping off the back heal.. they work perfectly.. they stick to the back of my shoe and do not move.the shoe fits perfectly and is still easy to slip on and off..

They are not super hard to insert in my shoe. I bought shoes that were said to be my size but were way too big. They were literally flopping. I bought these and they are very comfortable and the shoes fit better. However, the inserts began to migrate upwards and got stuck to my socks. So maybe when inserting I need to really stick it down in the shoe or trim before sticking on the back of my shoe. So that it doesn’t migrate upwards.

OMG! Thank God I ordered these. I have a new pair of boots to break in and the back of the heel rubs against the stiff leather on the back of the boot. Worn them twice when I knew I wasn’t going to do a lot of walking and walked in them sorta oddly. Ordered these heel pads and pressed them into the back of the heal … no more rubbing causing a blister and redness to form. ORDER THEM! You’ll be glad you spent the few bucks.
