I ordered this kennel for my dog and the quality is very good. The product is well made and durable.I was also very impressed by the follow up from the company to check on my ssatisfaction with the product.

I took of two stars because it was more difficult then I think it should have been to get the instruction manual. I’ve added the manual to my review to help anyone that might have the same issue.

Yes I bought this outdoor dog kennel and it didn’t even come with directions. In order to put it together, we had to go off the picture and still had extra pieces. I believe anything that has to be put together should come with directions. ☹️

Easy to use

Kennel came with out instructions and was much smaller than visual. I paid $60 to have it delivered and had to pay $83 to return it to the seller. So, I paid $143 for a kennel I could not use that was listed for $99. Very,Very displeased.
