V15 Detect Absolute Cord-Free Vacuum Cleaner with 4 Attachment - Yellow Nickel

I am missing parts from Dyson v15. I ordered l 2 of these products and one has all adjustments and the other is missing 4. Why?

Many parts/brush are not included on the box (hair screw tool, stubborn dirt tool, soft dusting brusgh)

Hair screw and 3 tools in the picture are not included. so I had to return it.

Very expensive but outstanding , cleans very well , battery lasts long , looks good . Very easy to use and empty the bin.

Dyson products are very worth and their service is the first among all products

Ease of use! Stylish! Can adjust power mode so easily! Can turn it on, on the go!! Light weight!! Easy dirt disposal!! Cleaning the thing can be a slightly tedious! Can see so much more dirt with light-head!! I wish the nozzle were ever so slightly slimmer!

Dyson products are very expensive, as is this one. But at least for the very high price, you get a machine that works very well. Be aware that if you use it on lower quality, or hand knotted carpets, it could pull a LOT of material out of the carpet. After six months of using this vacuum, perhaps the carpet could be damaged. I don't know, but there is a downside to so much power (you can turn the power to a lower setting). Besides that, it's a very high quality product of the highest standard, although there are a few issues: you have to continuously hold the power button to keep it on, and it's not the easiest to empty. But the laser floor cleaner is brilliant.
