Vallejo Medium Veladuras Clear 60 ml - Versatile Acrylic Medium for Glazing and Layering Techniques, Ideal for Artists and Crafters, Non-Toxic Formula

I’m certainly not an expert painter but this glaze medium is good value for money and is very useful both for thinning down your paints and also for glazing, where you use a thinner layer of paint to add extra richness or to smooth over transitions between shades and highlights. It’s great stuff and I’d get it again.

This is similar to Lahmiam by Citadel but slighter thicker. It will add matte finish and proctect the paint when dried. Vallejo is also must have if you paint minutures :)

Turned out yo be far better than expected but you MUST give it a very good shake before using .50/50 mix for a glaze but make sure you dry the brush before using , if too wet you just get puddles .. you want a dry ish brush then apply , let it dry and repeat until you build up the colour to what you want .

After you start using this you'll never go back to thinning with water ever again. It makes the paint flow from the brush better and provides a more even and regular coat. It really helps with getting better results from typically more claggy colours too such as whites. For me this has been a game changing medium and has allowed me to take my painting to the next level. Top stuff!

Satisfied with end result. Used with Scale 75 ScaleColour range on metal Infinity miniatures primed with Vallejo primer. Helped eliminate "chalkyness" when glazing or working with very thin paint in general.
