Stress levels lowered extremely
I have little to no stress anymore. My stress level went from a 10 to a 2. I noticed very quickly I don't worry about things like I use to which is awesome. I am very relaxed. This has also lowered my blood pressure. I suggest you give it a try.

Quality ingredients and no overpowering flavor
Quality ingredients and processing, combined with a mild flavor when mixed in water makes for a pleasant experience, even with kids! I've been using this for 2 months now, combined with this brand's Saffron Extract and Natural Calm and you'd never know it was meant to be healthy. I watched a YouTube video on holy Basil which brought me here. I've been suffering from burnout at work and severe stress. I have hashimoto's hypothyroidism, mthfr, and have been going through menopause at age 52. I noticed within 30 minutes I felt energized. I've been taking it for three weeks now, twice a day. I've also incorporated lemon balm at night before bed. This is absolutely wonderful and I highly recommend it. If you've been feeling like a cloud has been following you this will definitely restore vitality. I have read that you should take this intermittently like 6 weeks on and 6 weeks off to give your body a rest. I do feel over time your body does adjust and it requires more. I take one dropper sublingually, then sip some water and hold it in my mouth for awhile. Then swallow. I have been a coffee drinker my entire life and I'm actually into gourmet coffee and I would take this over coffee. It makes you feel "good".
