Good product. Great customer service.
Got a small part broken and customer service immediately responded and sent me a replacement. Wonderful service indeed. The waffle maker does exactly as it is supposed to. It’s compact in size and looks neat. The plate heats evenly but as the dough will expand, you would need to hold down the handle to have an evenly browned waffle. Cleaning will take a little scrubbing if you overfill it as the plates can’t be taken off for washing but it’s pretty easy. The coating works well without sticking

Brought back memories
Used to have these in Hong Kong from the street sellers. Nice to be able to make my own. Nice for desserts with fresh fruits and ice cream. You can experiment with the toppings for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Impress you family and friends. Doesn’t take up much space.

It works
I bought it during Black Friday sale. It is easy to use and it is non stick. I tried two different recipes and both works well w this machine. Egg waffle is so crispy which is same as I tried in Hong Kong. It’s not worth to spend so much to buy a ready made in high street stalls. It definitely saves me a lot of money. Highly recommended

Bubble Guffles
It's a very good product. The equipment is good and pretty easy to use. I over -filled one, so came out the sides. But, very nice! Trial and error with the amount of mixture and the temp - not too hot or burn but hot enough so crispy. Also, try and cool it when finished toake it crispier. My 11 year old ate 2 with honey and squirty cream! This weekend, we are going for ice-cream, Nutella and marshmallows!
