Was tasteless and easy to drink but does not dissolve well, I always had a chunk or two no mater how much I shook.

I’ve been taking it for about 2 weeks and my skin looks amazing!!!! I also noticed a huge difference in my joints. I’m overweight and walk up and down the stairs a lot. My knees do not pop anymore. I would also recommend using to packs in your tea. You will see results a lot quicker! If you only use one pack a day it will take atleast a month to see obvious results.
