This Fish Sashimi Paper is great to thaw and dry frozen salmon. I have used it several time and it is very consistent in its effectiveness. The fish tastes great, better then when I thaw it the regular way prior to broiling.

Very absorbent and doesn’t leave lint behind. It’s pricey but it works as it is supposed to work. I use it to drying fish, meat, and poultry before seasoning and cooking.

This is nothing more than a good quality paper towel. For that, it’s outrageously expensive.

Decent quality. Only reusable a couple times. Good price. The size is good.

Purchased this for my tuna season. Makes a huge difference processing and vacuum sealing my tuna steaks.
