Der Op-Body soll den Trichter/ Kragen vom Tierarzt ersetzen, denn meine 6 jährige Süße muss nun leider doch im Herbst kastriert werden müssen und da sie ein eher ängstlicher, nervöser Hund ist, empfinde ich diese Schutzvariante besser als ein Trichter. Der Body wird zur Eingewöhnung ab und zu angezogen und mit Leckerlis positiv belegt. Glücklicherweise ist der Body leicht und hat keine nervigen Stellen wie dicke störende Nähte. Auch die Vorder- und Hinterbeinausschnitte sind mit Bündchen abgenäht, damit nichts einschneidet. Ich habe eine L bestellt, da meine Fellnase genau in den angegebenen Maßen liegt, muss aber sagen, dass die vordere Partie schon etwas stramm sitzt, obwohl es ein Stretchstoff ist. Auch das Anziehen ist etwas kompliziert, weil es kein Reißverschluss oder ähnliches für die Brustregion gibt. Ein Hund der Probleme mit den Vorderbeinen/-pfoten hat oder im Nackenbereich, hätte wohl Probleme mit dem Anziehen. Ob der Hund es schafft sich an der Bauchregion zu lecken, kann ich noch nicht sagen, bin aber guter Dinge, das er es nicht schafft. Im hinteren unteren Bereich sitzt der Body locker, so dass nach meinem Gefühl dort nichts an die spätere Op-Naht kommen kann aber zugleich sitzt der Body an den Seiten an und verhindert hoffentlich den Zugang zur Op-Naht. Wobei meine Fellnase nicht unbeobachtet sein wird, wenn sie den anhat. Mit dem Body kann der Hund liegen wie es gefällt auch deswegen die Entscheidung dafür. Wie er sich im Herbst macht, wenn die Op war, kann gerne nach dem Hauptzweck ergänzt werden. Zusammenfassend 3 gute Sterne, weil er etwas schwerlich anzuziehen ist und vorne kein Reißverschluss oder ähnliches gibt um das Anziehen leichter zu gestalten. Aussehen, Verarbeitung und Qualität sind i O. Ich bin gespannt wie sich dieses Model die 14 Tage Post-Op schlägt. Stoffqualität und Verarbeitung gefallen und der Tarnlook ist was für die Herrchen und Frauchens ;) - ein zweiter Body in schwarz wurde zum Wechseln mitbestellt. Das Druckknöpfchen vorne an der Brust für das Befestigen der hinteren Partie muss noch erprobt werden, da bin ich noch nicht so richtig hintergestiegen. ;)

Firstly, if you're anything like me your first thought is that this is too good to be true. Secondly, I don't normally do reviews so this in itself means I want to get my words out there. My dog is an 11 year old German Shepherd whose never had anything wrong with her and never had a surgery aside from getting fixed needed a surgery. I'll spare you details but she had to have exploratory surgery which means pretty large cuts near her lady bits and tummy. She has 21 staples as well as a drainage tube. The vet gave me one of those plastic cones, which I tried putting on her and while she was still getting over the anesthesia.. . She was horrified and seemed to almost do more harm than good. She was like a cat trying to back up in a corner and tear it off. So I looked only and found a comfy cone, bought that and took off work the next two days so I could watch her. Comfy cone comes in and I tried putting that on her. Yeah, no way. I'm gonna be honest, I'm an absolute sucker when my dog is in pain or uncomfortable so I did what they tell you NOT to do,take it off. If you're anything like me you already feel horrible about taking your dog to the vet. So I looked around and saw this recovery suit. Yeah no way too good to be true. At this point, I said screw it because two cones weren't working and we have two weeks to get through which I sure cannot take off two weeks to watch her. I ordered it, got it quickly within 2 days thanks to Prime. I put it on her which it fit absolutely perfectly. My dog is 85 pounds and I bought a large. I read the reviews and someone said the quality wasn't worth the money and the sizing was off. Not sure where they got that because I don't think the quality is bad at all. It feels exactly like a onesy that you buy a toddler. It has butt snaps too! It completely covers her tummy and lady area so it was perfect. Not too tight on her arms or leg holes either. I've never really put clothes on her so I didn't know what was gonna happen. Nothing.. Nothing happened. That was 4 days ago and she's left her staples alone ever since. I keep it on her while I'm at work, block off the stairs and she doesn't even itch. We have cameras in our house so I keep checking in while at work and you'd never even know she had surgery. I hate to sound like just another pandering review here but it saved her! She's completely comfortable and not in a scary cone. My girl never was a real chewer so I can see why some people didn't like the product if their dog ate it. If your dog is a chewer, maybe not the best idea but that has nothing to do with the product itself. If your dog is a chewer don't put something on them that they can chew! Duh guys! I know for me, this product helps me sleep at night knowing she won't mess with her 21 staples and I can go back to concentrating on work (gottta get the money back for the surgery too of course). I personally would like to thank whoever came up with this idea, it's brilliant and I'd love to buy you a beer. If you're debating on this product and your dog doesn't chew stuff, buy it! You will be so thankful. It's the most comfortable they can be while having to deal with staples or stitches. Just make sure you take it off before you let them out because it covers the dirty business end of the dog. For me, it's a routine when I get home.. "hi mom I didn't mess with my staples but I gotta pee so take this off!" done. Thank you so much for making such a simple yet effective product I'll forever be thankful!!

Abbiamo acquistato questo body per usarlo dopo la sterilizzazione del nostro cane maschio. Ci siamo fidati delle ottime recensioni ma avevamo comunque il timore che potesse riuscire a leccarsi la ferita, invece il prodotto si è rivelato utilissimo, copre perfettamente tutto il corpo lasciando fuori solo le zampe e non è minimamente fastidioso per il cane. Molto comodo da allacciare e slacciare quando lo si porta fuori, senza bisogno di toglierlo e rimetterlo ogni volta. Se avete un cane che farebbe di tutto pur di togliersi o leccarsi i punti forse la stoffa leggera di questo body non sarebbe sufficiente, ma se avete un cane relativamente tranquillo farà egregiamente il suo lavoro. Consigliato.

Es perfecto para mi perra labrador, tiene alergia y así le impide rascarse la barriga que es donde se hace más heridas.
