excellent backpack, is my 2nd one of the brand. The first one was the black one, I only bought a new one, because I change my laptop to a 17.3 inches one and the previous backpack was too small for it. This one, like the previous is sturdy, compact, but can carry a lot, has compartiments for everything, so you can still be organized and had a ton of things. I use it for traveling from city to city to work. The color is perfect for everyday and traveling, caramel/light brown is very forgiving with normal dirt. I love the security pocket on the side, is a nice update on older version that have the the back and is a little more uncomfortable to reach when you're carry the bag.

Bought this backpack as a gift for my mom and she absolutely loves it! The quality is impressive—it looks much more expensive than it actually is. The material feels durable and sleek, and the design is both modern and functional. The built-in luggage strap is a great feature, making it super easy for her to slide it onto her suitcase handle while traveling. Plenty of pockets and compartments keep everything organized.

Used for carry-on bag during air travel. Perfect, with many different pockets/zippers -- even one i discovered by accident! Durable, nice color, fits under airplane seats, carries a LOT!

This is a great travel backpack with a ton of space! There are so many compartments in thsi pack but the one that sold it for me was the hidden compartment on the back padding. I always put my meds or jewelry in this space because it is at my back and I can feel it. The pack easily fits under the seat on an airplane and has a strap to hook to your carry on suitcase. The fabric is quality on the outside and inside. I have spot cleaned it a few times with no problems. The zippers work well but one of the front compartments has an odd lip that makes it awkward to unzip but it can be seen as a safety feature as well. There are small elastic compartments on both sides that fit a reasonable water bottle but not the trendy handle cups. I would order this again for sure!

Tl;dr: this bag has seemingly epic capacity and, even with overpacking and using during intermittent light rain and mist for several hours, I experienced no issues. It’s a win!Only reason this isn’t 5 stars is because, like others, I feel that the straps are a little to close together and can rub uncomfortably. That said, if you have a clothing buffer between you and the straps on your shoulders, you’ll probably be fine.I bought this at the last minute when I had second thoughts about bringing my leather convertible laptop tote on a work trip to Canada during a wet stretch. So, I was concerned about water damage/issues, capacity, and ease of use as a “personal item.”It passed with flying colors.I had this baby packed to the gills. Thankfully, the interior is light, with good slip, and there are various pockets, including dedicated and padded laptop sleeve (with slip pockets for my notebook, etc) and (my favorite) back panel security zippered pocket that is sizable and fit my phone or my e-reader with no issues.I could use the front most full pocket, during boarding, to fit my entire crossbody purse in it!I had toiletries bag for security, laptop, a5 notebook for work, a6 hobonichi notebook in cover for me, fabric bag for chargers, pens, work cables, bulky cardigan, long sleeve shirt folded, two other charger cables wrapped up, water bottle, glasses case, kobo libra 2 and a floppy felt hat rolled up all in there….plus my entire crossbody bag for boarding when the time came. Amazing. It even has a pass through strap which worked well…but honestly, this baby was on my back a ton.I like to wear my backpacks high on my back to sit flush and reduce strain. I was able to do so with no problem with this, and didn’t really experience slippage.Plus, when we did a beach cleanup, I brought a change of clothes and afterwards packed up my dandy, heavy, big blundstones in a laundry bag, my pants, t-shirt, light jacket and ball cap and proceeded to happily walk literally hours/at least 5 miles throughout the misty, wet city. Nothing got wet (save my back, I may have run to catch a train…) and the bag shows no wear.When I returned, I decided this is my new work bag. I can fit my laptop, plus lunch (I use the glass square or smaller rectangular Pyrex snap lid containers), my coffee and glasses case accessibly on the side, my gym clothes and even sneakers if needed…all inside the backpack!I am 5’3” on a generous day and, while a little on the tall side for me, it still sat well and comfortably. I wouldn’t buy taller than this bag for sure.This thing might not be a small as Mary Poppins’ purse, but I feel like it has similar skills.

This backpack is a great size, fitting as a personal item on at least JetBlue based on my experience recently. The black color holds up great to dirt and the exterior is water repellent. The zipper locking feature and small side pocket made me feel comfortable traveling with some valuables. The water bottle holder works for most of mine but is a bit tight when the backpack is full

Love this backpack! I bought it back in December so I've had it about 6-7 months now, and have carried it on many many trips. It perfectly fits my laptop, chargers/cables, ipad, extra stuff and every pen known to man. I think it has just enough compartments to make it useful but not so many that the bag eventually becomes an overweight black hole of doom. I really enjoy it's sleek look, and the gold trim pieces give it a classy touch. I use mine mainly for vacations and trips, so it isn't getting daily use, but it functions and looks good whenever I take it out. It's comfortable to wear and I feel looks more "adult" than a lot of the school backpack currently on the market. The price also makes it a winner for me. Really exceeded my expectations!
