I LOVE ghee, I primarily use it to cook. This is consistenly high quality and has great taste. It's the perfect consistency and melts easily. I have it on subscription and won't be buying the over priced ones in the store again.

I love this stuff! I use it for all kinds of cooking needs. Even used it in some of my buttermilk biscuits. I store it in the fridge and it lasts a really really long time. The texture is perfect.

Wow. This is delicious. Although Ghee is a staple of Indian, , and many Asian, traditions, I'd never thought to use it instead of butter. This item came beautifully, carefully packaged, in a glass jar, lovely golden color and fresh, buttery flavor. I've used it on crackers, toast, and am currently experimenting with its cooking properties -- there is much to learn. (I'm using YouTube which has a lot of talks describing its use, health properties, and storage.) Honestly, this butter lover might switch permanently to this brand of Ghee. Really good, seems very stable, and spreads more easily than my current butter. Yum. A definite reorder for this consumer.

Most of our family is either sensitive or intolerant to cow's milk including butter (one family member in particular is casein-intolerant). We completely cut out dairy for a couple of months, but then were given the 'green light' to try reintroducing ghee. This was the first one we tried and we've had no tummy or skin issues with it being in our diets! Very tasty (if unfamiliar with ghee it has a slight 'nutty' flavor and aroma to it but otherwise is very similar flavor to butter). Works great in cooking/baking in place of oil or butter. Ghee is always more expensive than regular butter, but compared to our local grocery stores' ghee options, this was much cheaper (and grass-fed too which is harder to find). We make ghee ourselves now, but if we ever need to take a break from "DIY" we will order these again!

This ghee has the same taste and texture as traditional Desi ghee—I honestly couldn’t tell the difference. It works perfectly in cooking and adds that authentic flavor to my dishes. Really impressed with the quality!

THE BEST! I know my way around ghee and it's easy to think that all ghee is equal. Well, it's not. This one though, is superior. There may be others like it, but flavor and texture are tops. I'm stocking up while writing this review.

Re-purchased. Finished the 1st bottle. A useful and delicious dairy (butter replacement for recipes). Alos used as oil for frying. Semi-solid state at room temp. Levels of casein & lactose in ghee are insignificant & don't irritate my dairy-sensitive gut. Seller packed it well in a box.

When I unboxed I literally saw swarm of ants gave me chills.. I would suggest do a better packing and keep in an area where the package don’t attract ants or any insects.
