Has anyone actually seen results with this abs roller?

I can tell you that I immediately "felt" my ab muscles working. You will feel all your upper torso muscles, arms, shoulders etc. As for "six-pack abs" etc. That takes time and includes other factors (diet, age, health, etc.) and it depends on the individual.
