update: I used this with some biscuits tonight. It worked great! This is a perfect size for what I wanted. I don't have tons of space. This is perfect for one or two loaf pans. My other one was too flimsy and cheap. This is very well made. Top notch.

This is a high quality product…a game changer for someone who uses a quarter sheet pan and rack for many cooking tasks. It practically rinses off…no scrubbing!!

Used it to roast a small (3pound) rib roast on New Years Eve. Worked well. Cleaned up easily. Put it away until I need to roast something else small or maybe use as a cooling rack for baked goods. Did what it should and did not do anything it should not have. (That I noticed.) Bought it because it was stainless steel and fit on a quarter baking sheet. Hestan seems to have a generally good reputation.

I love all Hestan products.

Very expensive for a made in china item. I was under the impression that all of Hestan was made in Italy. I returned it.

The stainless steel mesh seems to be of very good quality. However, given the product description and photos, I thought that I was getting the stainless steel mesh + roasting pan, this was false. Also, it is written that the product was made in China. So, do note that you are only getting the stainless steel mesh.
