Better than expected for our space. Haven't had it for more than a few days so can't comment on its longevity, but it feels sturdy and holds a lot more clothes than our prior closet set up. Installation was straightforward into our drywall. Looks great.

It was a great purchase overall! The rack is very sturdy and heavy-duty, definitely built to last. The only downside is that the instructions could be clearer; it took me a few hours to figure it out, and I almost returned it. Luckily, once I got it assembled, it turned out to be a solid and reliable clothes rack.

Received and just installed this system in our closet. Knowing the weight of clothes and pretty sure we could not hit studs with the flanges, we first installed boards to our wall (hitting the studs). Then, we attached the system to the boards (top, bottom, and shelf). We loosely assembled. Lined it all up and then tightened from the top down. I was thrown off at first by the hanging rods that only attached via the threads on one end and a long screw on the other. But, it seemed to work once we figured it all out. We didn’t attached it to the floor. We also didn’t attached the third flange on the outside of the shelves. My husband is going to use it for him belts. It seems sturdy. I guess we’ll see once we get it loaded up. If I had one thing I would change, it would be to have it just a few inches taller to allow just a little more clearance for the double rod of clothes. Other than that, I’m pleased with the purchase. I hope it stands the test of time.

I was initially going to build my wife a very similarly designed black iron clothes rack for her dressing room but the Home Depot list quickly grew to over $200. We ended up opting for this for almost half the price. Have to say we are liking it so far. She was particularly impressed with the paint. Gold with a little metallic in it. Looks almost like car paint. Fit and finish would be probably a 4.5/5 for this price range. My biggest complaint it is if you have to use wall anchors like I did for about half of the cleats, buy some quality ones. The ones included in the hardware kit are GARBAGE. Throw them directly in the trash. Other than that, Highly recommended for the price.
