Lemon balm works, I highly recommend it!
Love this product! It lowers anxiety and it's delivery to the brain is quick bc it's liquid. Tastes good, organic, I keep it in stock and I add it to herb tea. Great for the money. It's good to always have on hand

Seems like a good product.
I was looking for a Lemon Balm and decided to try this brand. So far, no complaints. There is very little taste when added to water. I am hoping the quality and its effectiveness prove to be a great value for the money. As far as having a calming effect and the ability for sleep quality, I cannot say. I am a calm person already and only sleep 5-6 hours, and I am ready to go. At this point, I would buy again.

This lemon balm really works to make you feel sleepy and calm
This really works. It says you absorb the lemon balm in a few minutes. I would say this is true. I have been taking it a few minutes before bed for a couple weeks now and I definitely notice a difference in how I feel more relaxed and sleepy. I also like this Wild and Organic company because it is alcohol free and organic. I’ve bought other tinctures from them before and haven’t been disappointed yet.

Works great
I love this it doesn’t taste bad kind of grassy but it works I take it 30 minutes before bed time and it helps me sleep through the night like a baby I don’t wake up drowsy unlike I did with melatonin so I’m happy!
