Soooo Worth the splurge!
I hesitated on the price of the Revol Collapsible Dog Crate from DIGGS, but after using it, it quickly proved to be worth the investment. The crate feels solid and secure while still looking intentional and stylish—nothing like traditional wire crates. It collapses easily, the wheels make moving it effortless, and the design blends seamlessly into our living space rather than feeling like something to hide. Our dog settled into it right away, which mattered most to us. We loved it so much that we bought a second one for my parents’ home, and when we added another dog, getting a third was a no-brainer. If you’re on the fence because of the price, I completely understand—I was too. The quality, thoughtful design, and everyday ease truly justify the cost. We love it and would absolutely buy it again.

Impressed, with a cautiously optimistic update.
Our number one reason for purchasing it was looks. And now I don’t know why we waited so long. Our Petco crate worked great, but it looked like a big black cage no matter where we put it. We could not be happier because the ash gray blends in with our decor perfectly. It still looks like a crate, but it’s a lot more elegant and subtle than what we had. Functionally, it’s very sturdy, very dog proof (for our furry little chewer), and has lots of ingress/egress options. It’s a breeze to assemble/break down, thoughtfully designed, safe, and secure. Do read the owner’s manual bc there are a few finer points (regarding proper use) that you might not pick up on your own. The only downside is that it’s heavy to pick up. Even if you move it using the built-in rollers, you have to stoop because the grip is just a groove built into the frame. Would I buy again or recommend to a friend? 100% yes. Update: I’ve now had this a few weeks and my dog already considers it his home-within-the-home. He’s a small buy mighty chewer and has already done some damage to the finish on the grates…so I’m just hoping the bond is strong enough that it doesn’t deteriorate on its own now that the paint seal is broken.

Quality, Safety, Comfortable
This was an expensive purchase for a kennel. I am happy to report that it is a quality item that is sturdy and is fairly easy to collapse and set up again. I bought it for an 8 week old puppy and although it is not a recommended size so early on, I have had nothing but positive experiences. Now 4 months, my pup is filling the space rapidly and he loves it. It is made to last.

Love this crate!
I love this crate and so does my dog. He loves going in there and I don’t even have to lure him. Sometimes I catch him sleeping in there.

Made to be seen, not used, assembled, or moved.
Wish I could give 0 stars. Basically this is designed to be ascetically pleasing at the expense of everything else. Assembly of this thing is counterintuitive, and the designers have chosen to give you no help at all. Parts are vaguely labeled if labeled at all. It’s huge even when completely folded up. And it doesn’t seem particularly sturdy or durable.

Too heavy to be considered portable.
This is a very nice crate. It appears to be very well made. The bigger side door is stiff and noisy to operate, scaring the poor pooch if he/she is inside the crate when the slide door is opened or closed. While the crate is easy to collapse, it is too heavy to move very far even with the rollers on the end of crate. It weighs over 30 pounds. It would be difficult, if not impossible, to move up and down stairs. It would have to be lifted. My puppy is very comfortable in her new crate. I love that it is so “open” and airy; the color is great. It is unfortunate that this crate is so expensive given that it is not very portable; I would need to purchase a second one my second home and I am not sure I can afford that.

Diggs does customer service right
I really like this crate overall. It looks nice and is safe for our dog. The bad: the tray cracked in multiple places within the first six months we owned it due to the way it’s made. The good: Diggs had a solution in the works and immediately added me to the list to receive the solution and a new tray at the same time. The bad: The new parts took a little longer than they planned, and our short term tape solution wasn’t going to hold up for us. The good: So I called again and they immediately sent me out a whole new half a crate which included the tray. Then, when the new parts for preventing the cracks arrived a few weeks later, they sent that and another new tray. The good: It folds easily, the intermediate size is perfect for our poodle mix, and I love the way the locks work. The great: We have had no more issues and their customer service was stellar! I would buy from them again.

Diggs Revol Collapsible Dog Crate
I love this dog crate! It’s not heavy, easily collapsible, and offers multiple entry/access points for your pet. The size options are great, and the small fits my 10 lb. pup well. I’ve only had it a few weeks, but it seems to be very durable.

I struggle with this review because it is probably the "best" crate. But it's super over kill. Especially the price. It's probably strong enough to hold the wildest animal. But, I got the small size and small dogs are pretty weak. So does it need actually to be this strong? Issues: 1) It's very heavy. 2) Not as easy to fold as the videos would have you believe. 3) Even when folded, it's still big, and you cant stand it up properly. 4) Wheels are basically useless. Especially, if you cover your crate, or have rough terrain like carpet. 5) It's eazy to accidentally leave it unlocked. Both me my partner and the another owner of this crate accidently left the door open, by not having pushed the door in all the way. Sounds obvious, but in the middle of the night when you are half asleep you might not notice. 6) My Crate is always covered. It should come with a nice cover or way to close it up a bit.
