My milk supply dropped drastically at only 4 months postpartum. The amount of failure and stress I had when exclusively breastfeeding and refusing to do formula, was alot. I tried lactation cookies, sleep, always healthy meals every time I was hungry. Nothing. I purchased this. My husband researched the ingredients for our son, all safe. On the first dose I noticed an increase and was able to feed him on one breast instead of both to get a full feed. I am on day 3 and I went from pumping 1/2 ounces back to 5oz. I am so grateful this actually works for us. It may not for everyone but it does me. I do keep a sun jar of raspberry honey tea in the fridge and drink a cup daily also to help. It tastes like a Okey molasses, it's not bad. It's like... You want to like it but you don't hate it. It goes down just fine with water. It says 3-4x a day. I take two squirts (. 5 each) each time 4x a day instead of 3. Alot complain about the price but for quality tinctures with usa healthy ingredients, I'm use to tinctures so this price is worth it to me and what I can provide for my son. Its not inconvenient and it's better then having to give in or introduce any little bit of a non toxic formula. I am very thankful I found this and don't feel like a failure anymore. My son has no gas, constipation, diarrhea or side effects. Same goes with me. I hope if you're looking for something, this can be of help for you also. Try also drinking a cup of red raspberry leaf tea daily to help your supply. The remedy works well together.

I tried the Legendairy Milk Liquid Gold supplement and didn’t notice a huge difference. I tried Lactivist after ready on the Legendairy site about a study done on the active ingredient in this and after almost 1 week of taking it 3-4 times daily, I am pumping 1-1.5 ounces more per session combined which is huge when I only pump 1.5-3 ounces combined per session for the first seven weeks of mostly pumping. People complaining about the taste is funny to me. I don’t care what it tastes like, I just want to be able to stop giving my baby 2-3 ounces of formula per day. This was the increase I needed. But I might be the only one on here to say I actually like the way it tastes. I wish it was less sweet, I don’t need the sugar to palate the taste. I’d rather not have to spike my blood sugar for no reason at 9 in the morning because other people need this to “taste good.”

Just gotta get this out of the way first: this tastes TERRIBLE. Like, absolutely horrid. So so so bad. I had to mix it with a full sugar juice to cut the taste, and it was still bad. SO BAD. Like rancid BBQ sauce. However! I felt that these drops did actually help with my milk flow. I'm able to empty in less than 15 minutes now, when it used to take 20-30 minutes. I don't think it increased my supply, but I wasn't really expecting it to since I have a chronically low supply. You get a lot of product in one bottle, so it's definitely a good bang for you buck. I'm 4 months into pumping and only just finished my first bottle a week or two ago with taking it twice a day.

Definitely saw an increase in milk production and would be leaking the next day and full if I remembered to do it 4x, now I just do 1-2 doses per day to maintain a good supply when I remember. Does not taste the best but it’s only 1ML and for the results I could tolerate it. Always took it straight never tried mixing it with a drink like it allows because I don’t wanna extend the taste if it’s bad.

It works very much it takes a few days to work but it honestly taste like mint fire! Honestly the dispenser thing doesn’t work that well but the liquid it’s well works magic!

Been taking this 3-4 times a day for over a month and haven’t seen any difference. The taste is horrendous. Smells and tastes like liquid smoke. I’ve seen no boost in production.
