Wonderful product!
I struggled with constipation for several years, likely due to medication I take. But not any more! This product actually works and without any side effects at all. I highly recommend it. It’s not harsh at all, just one capsule a day and it works.

Amazing product
This works! I take it once or twice a week only. I have IBS-C and have tried many prescriptions and OTC and nothing works as well as this. I do get some very mild cramping but nothing major. Take at night and usually go the next day. Highly recommend!
