It did not come instructions, so I did not know you needed to slide the mount into place. But I called the company and they gave me instructions on how to attach it. This stand is the perfect height for my counter. it tips and swivels. So far I have used the tape, but I have a wooden countertop so I may install it with the screws in the future.
