Chios Mastiha Tears Gum Greek 100% Natural Mastic Packs From Mastic Growers (20gr Small Tears)

I bought this as it was recommended to me as an additional treatment to fight Helicobacter pyroli along the antibiotics. It's a bit unusual taste, after a while it becomes very hard to chew. However, it left my mouth feeling very fresh and I noticed improved digestion. Considering all the health benefits ,especially on digestion, I might buy it again.

These are not so bad, they are very expensive in comparison to what you can find in Arabic shops in the UK. These are also incredibly hard to chew after a while and can hurt your jaw (unlike the store night ones in the UK that are imported). They do taste better (less bitter) than the Arabic store mastic as I think they have been cleaned better, however the packet is very small and if you chew this gum daily (once a day) you will end up finishing it in a week to 10 days. Its also great for lebanese rice pudding if you crush a tiny bit of this (one granuale) and stir it in during the cooking process.

Some pieces are too dry. They are also quite small, so it takes some time to chew them into one gum. Next time I try to get bigger ones.
