Ultra-Thin and Lightweight Rare 600D Aramid Carbon Fiber case for Sony Xperia 1 V Phone Protective Cover (600D Black)

Very modern look, resistant. So thin that shock protection is a bit weak.

Got my case today. It's a hard shell case that can bend a little. Very simple premium design and has a soft touch feeling. It is made from synthetic aramid fiber which has many benefits such as light weight and premium protection (Do some research on aramid fiber and see if that's what you want). The case fits perfectly. It leaves all buttons uncovered. It has raised edges around the cameras which is good but not raised enough around the screen so make sure you get a screen protector. Will be testing for a while and see how it goes. I'm waiting for the original Sony case to see if it offers better protection for the screen.

It is sleek and nice. In terms of protection, I found a more impact resistant case.

This is an extremely thin and nice case! Very aesthetically pleasing with it's looks! Once installed it's seems very sturdy and the outside feels very smooth! Perfect case! Love the real carbon fiber!

I really like the case. The only thing I don't like is the bottom near the corners of the case as they like to catch on the sides of my pocket when pulling it out.

I usually hate cases but for this phone I knew I had to give in and get one. This case fits beautifully, snaps into place with a satisfying click and looks great. It feels high end and as it should to match the phone. Kudos to the team behind this.

While I do love this shell case. I still think it's overpriced. I never understood the concept of paying more for less. It does not serve any drop protection. It's mainly for people like myself that want to protect the device from scratches and normal wear. That being said. I do love it. I would recommend it to anyone that's willing to dish out the extra cash for it.

Originally, I bought and received this case about two months ago. I was perfectly happy with the case. It fitted my Xperia 1 V very well. A couple of days ago I managed to drop the phone, and this case protected it from the damage. But the case itself got damaged, so I decided to reorder the same case. However, the new case I received (same packaging, same product code on the external label) proved to have noticeably different size. It is several millimeters wider and a bit shorter than the first one. It doesn't fit the phone. At the same time, all cutouts look correct, so it appears that the new case was manufactured with Xperia 1 V in mind, but the dimensions are wrong. I have no choice but to return this product. Perhaps I got some kind of one-off oddity?... P.S. Further research suggests that I've received a case for Xperia 1 VI instead of V. Must be a packaging error.
