I recently purchased Skull Island: Rise of Kong and I’m really enjoying it. It has an ape
The game does prominently feature an ape, it's nothing like playing with the King Kong from the "Legendary" produced monsterverse, more like a small ape goofing around and having little, pointless fights. However, there is an ape as clearly advertised.

The game sucks but also doesn’t. You’ll hate it but, at the same time, come to love it. It will change the way you look at upcoming releases moving forward and fill your soul with bleakness.
