This product has been great so far. I have had it more than a year now. The only con so far is that the keyboard light up is not a feature.

No backlighting to the keyboard
Update: One year and one week after purchse: Keys on keyboard working intermittently. What a waste of money. I will never buy another Dell product. Original Review: Why would a company even make a laptop without a backlit keyboard? Why? This is absolutely ludicrous. I wouldn't even think to look for this as a feature, because I haven't seen one like this in literally decades. How am I supposed to work on a dark airplane Dell? Just shocking. Doesn't seem very fast either considering the amount of RAM on this i7 platform. I have a fat internet connection, so I don't know why, but just wow on the keyboard. What a colossal hole in my $1200 investment. Let me guess, you're going to blame covid hysteria?

The laptop is fast, lightweight, and has good battery life. Very practical for work and study.

Works great!
I was skeptical making such a big purchase on amazon, but it works fine. I've never had a dell before so I'm not sure if this is a common thing but it does sometimes need to be plugged in in order to turn on. Occasionally when I hold down the power button it won't turn on until I plug it in. But again, could be a dell specific thing-idk.

Very good computer but no back light on the keyboard
I really like this computer and it is just what I needed and wanted. The only reason I gave it a 4 is because the keyboard does not have a back light. In dim lighting, it is difficult to see the keys.

Battery life is poor. Difficult to set up. Hard to find the setting to get up and running properly. Windows help in no real help. Keyboard is not correctly identifying some caracters.

La compré hace poco en mi opinión se calienta demasiado Tengo un hp viejo y no se calienta para nada la probaré unos días seguido para ver si sigue funcionando bien me parece lenta para ser nueva
