How do I adjust the cut depth of the cutting bit?

Unscrew the top cap of the hole cutter and remove the cutting bit. Loosen the set screw with a hex key (not included) to adjust the cut depth of the drill bit.

How do I use this product?

Using the hole cutter, drill the center hole of the circle you want to cut. Adjust the diameter gauge to the correct diameter and insert into the center hole. Once inserted, drill through the material and then drill in a clockwise motion.

What is the best way to preserve drill bit cutting life?

Drill in a clockwise motion with a slight angle toward the direction of the cut. Do not use excessive force, let the cutting bit do the work. Using excessive force will cause the drill bit to break.

Where can I get a replacement bit?

We do not currently offer replacement bits. However, our product is compatible with all other sheet metal hole cutter bits on the market. Just search for "sheet metal hole cutter replacement bit" on Amazon.
