The instructions are a little lacking but you need to plug the controller in and allow it to charge for about 20-30 minutes until the blinking blue light stops flashing. Then in order to use it, you must unplug the power cord or the controller will not turn on. The unit works as advertised and can deliver a fairly strong current through your feet. I was able to feel it all the way up through my calves and into my knees even. I’ve only used it a couple of times so far so I can’t really speak to how long it will last or if it will actually help at all with neuropathy.

I work standing on my feet all day, and often, I carry heavy items or just put great stress on my legs to help me stay put as I work in a cramped attic. Sometimes, I would wake up screaming from the pain of my leg being cramped and not being able to straighten it. My solution was to spray magnesium oil as my partner pulled my leg straight. Further research directed me to these EMS foot massagers and the long process of getting used to them, so I got this one, and I was so happy that it worked. Once, I was getting ready to go to bed, and I could feel my legs tingling with small muscle spasms, a clear sign of what was about to happen. So I quickly set up the pad, and in a matter of minutes, my legs got very relaxed, and I was able to have a great night's sleep, so with that, I kept using it. The problem is that I got the pad in October. Please keep in mind that I took December and January off, so here we are in February, and when I try to use it after being fully charged, I barely feel a tiny little nothing coming out of the pad, it is so faint that I have to concentrate to feel it, so to have this device dying after two months of use that means this is a very bad device. I am guessing it is too late to contact the seller because I do not see that as a choice.Please note that the technology works great, and you need time and patience to increase the level of intensity to reap the fantastic benefits of using it, but this brand is not good. I will update you if the seller contacts me and makes this right.

I have neuropathy in my feet as well as restless legs. I have used a tens unit before but was unable to cover the bottom of both feet without having to buy expensive pads, so decided to try this product instead. I use it just before bed and found that it relaxes the muscles in my legs allowing me to fall asleep faster. It is exactly as described, very easy to use, clean and very portable. The size is perfect for covering larger areas then the aTens unit I have.The charge is quick and lasts a long time. It works very well and I am very happy with it! Would highly recommend. Was delivered quickly and on time as described.

I had hopes that this product would relieve the pain in the heels of my feet, but sadly this was not to be. The box looked like it was properly sealed at the factory and therefore a new product was guaranteed. But when I looked at the control unit, the plastic at the top front of the unit had fine scratches in it. I then charged the unit and attached it to the pad using the two snap-on connectors. I looked at the instructions, which didn’t offer much help due to the very bad translation and the very small graphics and text (why do these Chinese companies think that they have to make the manual as small as possible and not hire someone that can actually understand and write comprehensible English?).Anyway, I powered the unit on and tried to read the incredibly small text on the control unit that describes the various functional modes. This is almost impossible while standing on the mat at any height. You really don’t have much time before it automatically turns off if you aren’t stand in the mat with both bare feet in the correct position. I simply selected one of the many modes at random, increased the intensity and expected something to happen. I felt nothing and the unit shut off. I did this about 7 times, each time selecting a different mode. Each time the unit shut down. I then glanced at the instructions again to see if I missed something. Standing on mat with both bare feet on top of the graphic foot graphics. At 200 pounds, I think that I have sufficient pressure on the mat to activate it. But nothing I did caused this thing to do anything other than shut down after a few seconds.In retrospect, I’m not sure what I thought this mat could really do to help my suffering. It’s a thin rubber mat with graphics printed on the surface with conductive ink. I assume the control unit merely generates an electric current at various pulsating frequencies and intensity (according to the mode and intensity selection on the control unit) and this would travel up one leg and then down to the other leg and thereby completing the circuit. I really don’t see how this could sooth my feet.

The media could not be loaded. Received on November 1st. Today is Jan 22nd and it no longer is working. I really enjoyed this while working. Felt like it did give relief and helped me sleep better but for the price it is not worth it. Very disappointed.I reached out to the seller and they requested a copy of my purchase receipt which I provided on January 23, 2024. I have yet to hear anything from them. Really disgusted! I try to support and write good reviews but this seller is being difficult.I am continuing this review as the seller has finally responded to my messages finally and is replacing my product. It has been a process! I do give the product a five star rating but I give the company for customer service a 1 star rating due to the extensive time it has taken to resolve the issue.
