Great option for seniors
This phone has large buttons for visibility, easy view buttons with photos for quick dial and an amazing sos button on a lanyard to take with in case of emergency. This is a great option to have for a senior instead of paying a monthly service fee with some of those “I’ve fallen and can’t get up” type companies. No additional charge here. You just buy the phone. Programming is simple and you are good to go! 2 year warranty with amazing communication and actual followup from the company/ small family business to assure you are happy with the purchase!

Highly recommend
Purchased for my 93 yo vision impaired Grandma. The one touch calling with photo is such a great feature. Speaker is loud and clear and handset easy for her to hold. The portable emergency button is outstanding with no monthly fee!!The first phone I received, the portable emergency fob was defective. I called the customer service and they sent me a new unit right away. The rep, Mary, was very helpful and even followed up to make sure the replacement worked!

Out of the 5 phones I tried, this was the ONLY one truly for hearing/vision impaired!
Tried phone after phone until this one.All others either had volume adjustment from normal zero, this phone being the only one with volume adjustment Above normal! Many other phones had volume control, but only in speaker mode! The only issue I had was VERY quickly solved via top notch customer support! You will not find a lower cost phone that is truly designed for hearing/visual impaired! I know because I returned 4 lower cost phones before I landed this WINNER!

Works great & ideal for Senior
Bought this for our elderly mother who is in an assisted living situation. She was having trouble using her cell phone and we wanted something simple with large buttons for her to use, and more like a traditional phone that she could remember how to use. She's been using it for a few months now and its working great. Easy set up. Simple.
