Perfect solution for our problem
We have a 15-year-old home with sliding bypass doors. Overtime the original hardware has worn out and needed replaced. However, We have not been able to find hardware that causes them to slide properly. Apparently it has been discontinued. Thankfully, we found this on Amazon and it worked perfectly. Installation was a bit Challenging. Installing the overhead piece was very simple, But our doors were too long because the overhead piece caused them to hang lower. We had to trim the bottoms of the doors but they have nails near the bottom which caused our saw to overheat. We also found it a little difficult to get the Hardware on the top into the sliders. Lastly, our doors are a little narrower than the floor guide. The sliders At the top move so smooth That the doors would not stay closed. Eventually, we were able to get to the doors in place and make them work properly and we are very very happy with the final result.

Pretty good quality, OK looks, trolleys roll VERY smoothly
Rolls very VERY smoothly and you need to make sure your head jam is PERFECTLY level. Mine had a bit of paint residue which I hadn't completely scraped off and even with the screws pulling the track tightly, the doors want to roll to the low spots of the track. The doors roll so easily that I may go back and bend the rails a tiny bit at each end so the doors stay put against the jams because they drift away on their own (<1")As others have said, the screws are complete junk, I tried them because I thought they may have updated but they have not and 2 heads tore off. I changed to 1 1/2" GRK cabinet screws which pull the track up and hold the trolleys on the doors. The striped aluminum fascia is ok but not great. Somehow I was expecting satin nickel but that was in my head, not in the amazon page. I may end up painting the fascia white to match the trim.Far better than the $16 kits at home depot, but not worth $75.

Quality
These tracks are AMAZING for closet doors. Unlike the cleap Home Depot ones, these are what you want to install quality solid doors on closet. Easy to install and doors slide back and forth with ease. Highly recommended and a must.

Nice
Good intuitive design. This is my second set (a couple years apart) so I didn’t have to read through the install sheet more than once. Yes, there a little learning curve, but once you see how it works, it’s straightforward. Solid too, and you know it when you’re installing it.

Rock Solid
My new closet doors are 8 ft tall and weigh 60 lb a piece. I installed the standard bypass track and it barely held the doors. I ordered this track and these rollers and now they slide like butter.
