Seattle's Best Coffee House Blend Medium Roast Ground Coffee, 12 Ounce (Pack of 1)

When it comes to good coffee, this is at the top of my list, and reasonably priced.

This just looks different when you look at the silky ground coffee inside the bag. It almost looks like cocoa; then the smell hits your nose and reminds me this is coffee. It's bold, rich taste has notes of fine red wine and cocoa. I had this at the Hospital, Yes this is what they serve in their café which is why I ordered it. Truly the little things matter, don't drink "basic" coffee when this is so delicious.

I'm not a dark Roast or espresso fan, so if you like those, skip this. I was a Dunkin Donuts, New England breakfast, Green Mountain Breakfast fan etc. I've tried Lavazza, Starbucks Blonde roasts,Tim Horton, and other supermarket blends but this one stands out for two reasons. One, it's priced right. Some coffee goes over the $10.00 threshold (too expensive for me). Two, it is flavorful and smooth without the bitterness of a medium roast. I could not get it locally so I subscribed on Amazon. If you enjoy a medium roast that's not bland and is priced right, this is for you. PS: I did not care for their other blends, too strong.

I love a great cup of coffee but don't have time to fuss with different preparation methods, my wife and I make a big drip pot for both of us every morning. I find that after putting in cream and sugar, given the basic preparation method with a not that expensive drip machine, the coffee tastes pretty much the same whether I buy cheap stuff or very expensive specialty coffee. Some really cheap and supermarket coffees are just lousy though. This is one of the cheapest coffees I found that is good so I keep buying it over and over again. Seattle's best is a good brand which is now owned by Starbucks, which I like too but this is a few dollars cheaper in general. $4.49 a bag on amazon is cheaper than almost anything you can get in the supermarket so why not buy it here.
