great alternative to coffee machine brand
Great for my coffee machine. Have purcahsed multiple times and will continue to do so

Does not work with kettles.
I followed the instructions and it did not descale my kettle. There was no reaction when the water and solution combined. Maybe it works with espresso machines and other appliances but definitely not kettles. Waste of money.
