This is the top quality Ubiquinol on the market in 50 mg capsules, great for elderly dogs when popped into a bowl of food. This one goes to my dog, and the Qnol from Costco is for me. Much much more bioavailable than any of the cheaper powdered Coq10 in 30-50 mg on Amazon. Good luck!

I rarely write a review but here it goes: After lots of research and looking at the reviews I decided to order this supplement for my dog. Rufus on the Amazon Site also confirmed it is a safe product for a dog. When I cut the capsule to add the liquid to the food I noticed a very citrusy smell. After further reading I noticed that this product has D-limonene, which is supposedly toxic for dogs and cats, I quote google --"d-limonene can be toxic to dogs, especially in concentrated forms or large amounts, causing symptoms like vomiting, drooling, weakness, tremors, and low body temperature, though it's generally considered low toxicity in small amounts found in diluted products; however, it's more dangerous for cats, but dogs can suffer liver damage or failure with significant exposure".-- I understand that 1 capsule probably will not do any harm but given to the dog every day over the course of months or years, I would think this could affect health and liver. In my opinion, this product should not be advertised as safe for dogs. Especially since most dog owners buy to treat elderly and already sick dogs with compromised immune system / organs. In my case I will not take any risks and won't be giving it to my dog. Hard earned money has been wasted.

I bought these for my dog cuz she has heart conditions

Bought this for my mom who needs soy-free supplements and had been buying them at Whole Foods and paying an arm and a leg. Now I can her the supplements she needs at much lower prices. She's very happy with the quality of Now Foods.
