As with most long-lasting & smudge-proof liquid lipsticks it does feel dry, no stickiness or tacky feeling at all. But it does its job! This lip color isn't going anywhere anytime soon! The color doesn't look the same on me as it's does in the picture, but that's ok because it still looks good!

Thought I was purchasing a Revlon product, because it's in the same type of tube as the Color Stay by Revlon. Very disappointed!

Rubbed off in flakes the first 1 hr. Not recommending to anyone.

The matte was perfect but it rubbed off onto my face definitely not waterproof as advertised got what I paid for I guess

In the fluorescent light of the bathroom, the color I chose (Star Crossed) looked brighter and fire engine redder than it does in the pictures -- and I didn't like it. It was too stark and artificial a color for me.I found the combination of the liquid and the applicator to be unforgiving. You have to outline perfectly. In the first picture, you can see my fingers where I tried to wipe a little off.It wouldn't wash off easily.So then I tried washing off or at least blotting what was on my lips, with a wet tissue. I could see the tissue get some red on it, but my lips did not really visibly look less stark (see the second photo). I was worried that this could not be washed off.While I understand that long lasting is the desired trait for a good lipstick, I was concerned about how hard it was to wash off. In the end I had to scrub with soap and water to get it off my lips.So for those who like the color they get (whether or not it looks like what is on the monitor) and can apply within the lines, they will love how solid and matte and longlasting the color is and how quickly it dries.But it is not for me.
