Fantastic lasted 2 years keeps hot for hours

I really like this mug, lovely design and love that it has a filter in it but unfortunately the lock button is faulty. When I push it down to close it then when pressing on it, the cap pops open which means that it is not safe to keep it in my bag.

This is the second cup I've brought and they're brilliant. Good size- not too big/small. Easy to clean. Almost too good as it keeps drinks too hot! No problems with leaking. Good colour choice.

Very inconvenient lid design. Every time one take a sip the rubber part on the lid hit the forehead and leave the coffee traces on the head. It also blocks the vision while drinking. The product itself keeps the liquid hot for Long enough but design is very awkward.
