I use this supplement to prevent muscle wastage between workouts, and to also help boost my workouts. A couple of weeks back, I took a break from my weight lifting routine for a week. The whole week, I didn't focus at all on trying to get enough protein or anything, BUT I did take HMB. Prior to this, if I were to take a week off without the proper protein regimen, I could expect to have a difficult time hitting my numbers at the gym on the following week. This time, (with the HMB daily regimen), I returned to the gym the next week to not only hit my regular numbers, but to hit them with relative ease. It was as if I didn't take a break at all! In fact, there was one exercise I do where i took a two week break (having skipped that exercise prior to my 1 week break). I hit my numbers with that exercise as well, with no discernable increase in difficulties. In fact that first week back was surprisingly energizing. During my normal weekly workout routine, HMB probably adds an extra 10% power boost. That in addition to Quonol/CoQ10 . . . It's almost like I'm doing the workout of someone who is 20 years younger than I am. The company messaged me a bit ago to leave a review, and I had it in mind that I've been wanting to do that for a while now, so I was grateful for the reminder. Hopefully others are able to see the same benefits.

Great tasting product, glad to have EAS back. Hopefully it will be managed better this time because these products are amazing.

The pills are different sizes!!! 9/24/23 This is the 2nd time I have purchased this product. WHAT I LIKE ABOUT IT. I like that when I look at the label it states the mg of the capsule. Too often I see something that reads 1,500 mg, and in very small letters it will say "per serving." So, you might get 500 mg capsules, with instructions to say something like take 3 capsules daily, or one capsule 3 times a day. With this product, what it says on the label is the correct strength of the capsule. I was really happy with my first order, and very disappointed with this 2nd order. At least 1/3 of the capsules are open and have very little left in each half of the capsule. There is a lot of white stuff at the bottom of the bottle that I obviously can't use. I received a slight discount on this product because I liked it so much I signed up for a subscription. At this point I don't know what to do. I have no idea how many capsules will be intact with my next shipment.

Great product

I was skeptical when I first found this product …however, after my first bottle I am sold…my mistake to w has improved tremendously ..the only negative, it constipates me!
