Soap +Soak+Hot Water & salt it's clean.
Nothing but beautiful we are not getting any more non-stick pans as they are bad for you and we are sooow pleased it has been money well spent the best. From now on we'll be getting more to make it easy to cook, no sticking omelette!lovely scrambled eggs but yes a silicone spatula not to scratch your lovely frying pan it cooked steak lovely always at the right temperature whatever you cook. And easy clean and always has a good shine just soak straight away in the sink with soap and hot water go away have your lunch and after you return wipe it down or youput it in the dishwasher and still comes out well but if a bit dirty just get a table salt and rub it around with a soft scourer but you may not need to as kitchen table salt does it nicely and dry it with the kitchen paper towel and your finish it will sit on your kitchen shelf's as new as the day you brought it always. Now We have had this for many months already and there's been no change I waited give a review just that little bit later to be sure use those simple steps and it will work for you too I'm just someone who just discovered that you can have nice shiny silver pans.

Great solid pan
Great quality pan. I ordered the smallest size for cooking steaks and it does a great job. It has a solid base that holds heat well and it has got a nice weight to it too. Would definitely order larger sizes when needed. Just clean with a scourer and follow instructions provided if you’re worried about cleaning.

It's a little smaller than expected
I ordered the next size up but realised it was too large, so sent it back for the next size down. Sadly the size down was a little small as I wanted it for a two egg omelette so turning it over was a little difficult. Still it's a nice pan and does the job and I would still recommend it for healthy cooking getting away from aluminium pans. Still easy to clean.

Stainless is the way to go
Given the concerns now raised about some non-stick coatings, my wife and I had been thinking of alternatives. Enamelled cast iron is great, also very expensive – I certainly couldn't afford our forty-year-old Le Creuset pot now – but this stainless steel pan has proved just the ticket. It heats up fairly quickly – just remember not to add, say, oil or butter whilst it's doing so, otherwise you might run the risk of things sticking later – and then you can turn it down to a more moderate heat, whereupon it will cook or even stew away very thoroughly. The pan seems very well made and is easy to clean – just do so gently and never use wire wool, just as you should never use a metal spatula or turner whilst cooking (Wood is always good here.) Any sticking that does occur will come off easily after a soak in warm water. So yes, this has worked out rather well, so well that I've ordered another, smaller pan of the same make.

I wouldn’t buy. I want a refund
Avoid. Used 3 times and look at the state of it. Lets not even talk about food sticking

Quality Product
Excellent frying pan very good quality takes a little getting used to using to prevent food sticking but once you learn the technique it’s easy. Very pleased with my purchase.

Butter works great
The media could not be loaded. Struggled a bit at first then YouTubed a ‘how to cook on a stainless steel pan’ and turned out to be really straightforward. Cooks great, sears well and the flavour is much better very pleased.

Happy cooking without teflon
Don’t expect the same what all the teflon(💀) does, the eggs will stick in a tiny bit, but the dishwasher clean it without any extra work, or just soak in with some washing up liquid and all will come off with a silicone spatula. The 2 eggs omelette will stay 2 eggs, not like other non teflon pans when during cooking half of the breakfast will stick to the pan 😅 We using it twice a day for breakfast and dinner making eggs, grill cheese or steak etc. The handle is very comfortable, also isn’t get hot during cooking like the cast iron pans.
