desertcart.com: MAMA Oriental Style Instant Noodles (Artificial Pa-Lo Duck Flavor) - 1.94oz - 55g (Pack of 30) by MAMA : Grocery & Gourmet Food Review: still mad they stopped carrying these locally - MAMA oriental-style noodles are pure comfort food—springy noodles that cook in minutes and a broth packet that hits that salty, savory, slightly garlicky, classic ramen-shop flavor. The seasoning has a nice umami depth that takes well to add-ins like egg, scallions, or leftover veggies, and the portion size is perfect for a quick lunch or midnight snack. If you like the green curry version, this “basic” flavor is a great pantry staple to rotate in. Review: Yuurrrrrrrm! - There is nothing that I don't like about this flavor of Mama ramen. And the value is fantastic; these can be a little pricier even in Chinatown (where I first got a taste of Mama ramen, suggested by Pailin of Pailin's Kitchen on YouTube). It really is the superior ramen; Top Ramen and Maruchan are trash compared to this brand (instant noodles are trash anyway, but if you were to eat them, you should choose better). When you overcook TR or Maruchan, you can end up with a mushy mess, but it's kind of hard to overcook these so that the noodles lose their integrity. I cook two at a time but don't use the seasoning packets of one pack due to the sodium (I must watch my salt intake), and don't even use a whole seasoning packet on the two and it's still tasty (and I can save the seasoning packs for other things, like seasoning other meats in other dishes). Great value, great taste, reasonable expiration date in 2002. I'm sold for life.

No one makes noodles like MAMA
I discovered these about 10 years ago and fell in love with the intense flavors and the spiciness. All of MAMA noodles are excellent, this is just one of my favorites. The shrimp and the creamy chicken are also on my list. If you like them hot, give these a try. Spicy without killing the taste.

Good but salty
This "duck" flavor ramen is good. Doesn't exactly taste like duck to me, but maybe just a little plus some of the seasonings used to make roast duck. Like all instant ramen, this product has too much sodium which should come as no surprise. But the flavor is intense and I'm able to use just half of the seasoning packet and some Herb-Ox sodium free chicken bouillon and it still tastes good without being quite as unhealthy.

Tasty, but flavor much milder than tom yum flavor.
This is a good value for the price. I started buying this brand because it was recommended by a "noodle expert" on one of the major cooking sites. The consistency of the noodles holds up. They don't turn to mush while sitting in the bowI. I also appreciate the ease of preparation, which is to just place all ingredients in a bowl, pour boiling water over, stir, and let sit for about 8 minutes. I previously ordered the tom yum ramen of this brand. The duck flavor is much milder and doesn't really taste like duck, but it has less sodium than many other ramens, so this is a plus. I always add more ingredients, so milder flavor is not a problem. But if you are looking for a hotter and spicier ramen, I recommend the tom yum flavor. I would order this and the tom yum again, depending on price.

Best Ramen Ever
These noodles are delicious 😋 They are firmer than American ramen but cook in the same amount of time. I don’t microwave, you can but stove top is best. It comes with 3 flavor packs. I use them all but if you don’t like it spicy 🌶 then leave out the chili peppers. The duck flavor is very rich and flavorful. They are worth it but I only gave 4 stars on price because Amazon keeps going up on the price! MAMA has a lot of flavors at various prices tho and I have enjoyed them all!

A fantastic find
Never tried the Mama brand before taking a chance on this ramen. It is remarkably good instant ramen. The noodles might be the best instant ramen noodles I've had (I like them better than Nongshim's) and the soup flavor is not only a nice change (I don't often see star anise flavors in instant ramen broth) but acts as a very good base (though not as "in your face" as other ramen flavors/brands).
