I’m using this Foreo Luna cleansing balm as my step one in the 2 step face washing method. Once a day I use this wash with a soft towel which removes any visible tactile stuff. Then i follow up with Foreo Luna 2 face wash using my Foreo chargeable cleaner. I love the results. His process makes my skin look and feel smooth and super clean. Best face washing I’ve found in my 5 decades of life.

A tri-phase, gentle make up remover, this is made in Spain for Foreo Luna. I'm assuming this brand, best known for facial brushes and massagers, must be making a logical diversification into skincare. I don't have any of their devices but if you do, I guess they could be used with this product. But they don't have to be. And in fact this unscented, cruelty-free Ultra-Nourishing Cleansing Balm is a seriously good make up remover - for a few reasons. Very little is needed - a good thing as there's only 15ml in this frosted pink glass pot which would be ideal for travel or simply to sample what I've found is an excellent product. The properties of make up removers vary considerably in my experience - as do the claims of manufacturers and quite often these two aspects diverge considerably. Foreo Luna makes no inflated claims on the box at all beyond 'Few Seconds, One Solution'. The claim I've most often found to be stretching the truth in relation to make up removal products? - That they'll take off waterproof mascaras and eye liners. Sometimes this is patently not the case. Sometimes they will - eventually, after a few minutes tugging at the delicate skin around the eyes which is not what you want at all. When testing any make up remover, I give it a workout on the blackest, hardest to take off eye liner ever - Wet n'Wild's H2O Proof in black. This always sorts out the wheat from the chaff. Foreo Luna's Cleansing Balm melts on contact with the heat from your hands. I'd suggest trying just a little to begin with - as a little really does go a long way. I'm happy to report this product aces it. It began to remove the eye liner straight away on contact with no need for vigorous rubbing. In fact it worked faster than any other make up remover I've used even on that waterproof hardest-to-budge eye liner. Containing no nasties but a raft of nourishing and moisturising ingredients, this is a fabulous product. If you're a make up junkie like me, with Foreo Luna's Ultra Nourishing Cleansing Balm you may at last have met your match. There's simply no look you can create that this gentle balm can't take off in rapid time. And yes, I like it.
