This does not work at All. It makes your nose sore. And I still sound like the lion 🦁 king

I REALLY wanted this to work for me. I have been trying to decrease my snoring episodes AND volume for a while now. Since a CAT scan of my nose/sinuses showed I had a deviated septum, which is a known cause of snoring, I thought these would work. I have tried these for a month before submitting a review.The good news is that they are well made, easy to use and not uncomfortable. There are six in the package. The magnets that hold them in your nose are encased in silicone and thus not going to dislodge in your nose. I didn't find them uncomfortable when putting them in. After a night's sleep, my nose felt slightly "bruised" when I awoke. However, within a few minutes of removing them, that feeling went away. After less than a week, I didn't notice any discomfort after a night's sleep.I used an app that records snoring to determine if the clips decreased the either amount and/or volume of my snoring. Although I used the app nightly, the results shown in photos were a comparison of the night before use and a week afterwards. The scores never dropped.Bad news- they didn't work for me. There wasn't a significant change in my nightly percentage time of snoring nor volume. Before and after using the clips, I always had a snore score above the acceptable 25% level. There are many causes of snoring. A deviated septum is one. Evidently my nasal deviation either isn't the cause of my snoring or can't be corrected by the clips.Due to the price and the ease of use, I was hopeful. However, even after a month's use, the clips didn't work for me.

My wife has noticed that I started snoring more and so I ordered these devices to maybe help. I have no idea why they work, but they do. I know that it says that it clears the airways, but honestly I don't get how because this device goes into your nose and takes up space. But somehow....it works for me.The only negative is that they keep falling out at night as I move around and so I have an extra (or two) next to my bed to use until I find the others the next morning.

I bought this product to test if I could use it when I travel and not bring my Cpap. I tried it for 2 nights and my wife said that she didn't hear me snore at all. Perfect for travel.

My husband and I both tried this. He could tolerate it longer than me but we both found it painful. I wore it about 30 min and it squeezed my septum so hard it hurt really badly. He said he took it out in the night bc it hurt. I think the instructions are lacking as well. I didn’t know how far up my nose to try put it. I’m returning them.

This is a great find! It will help reduce the snoring by 99% love it and now I can’t sleep better, came fast, easy to use, I highly recommend this product!
